We take privacy issues very seriously at Vettery, Inc. ("Vettery", "we", "us", "our") and we are fully committed to protecting your privacy. Vettery operates an online recruiting marketplace which we make available via our website located at www.vettery.com (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy applies to our Service.

Vettery is the data controller of the personal data we hold about you.

Capitalised terms not defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning set forth in the Candidate & Visitors Terms of Service, or the Employer Terms of Service (as applicable) (each, the "Terms of Use").

1. Information we collect

    • Candidates who access and use our Service;
    • Employers who access and use our Service;
    • where an Employer is a business or similar entity, individuals who access and use our Service on behalf of their Employer (which is a business or similar entity), including the Employer's employees, agents and other representatives;
    • other individuals who access and use our Service.

These individuals about whom we collect personal data are referred to as "you" throughout this Privacy Policy.


  • We collect personal data about you when you voluntarily submit information directly to us when you access and use our Service. This can include information you provide to us when you register to use our Service, fill in a form, correspond with us via the Service, phone, email or otherwise, subscribe to our mailing lists, newsletters or other forms of marketing communications, respond to surveys or use some other feature of the Service as available from time to time.
  • If you choose not to provide personal data, we may not be able to provide the Service to you or respond to your other requests.
